Anne Gergen

Anne Gergen is the Associate Director of Preconstruction at Monadnock and handles value engineering analyses, conceptual budgeting, estimating, logistics planning, scheduling, and all other preconstruction work products.

Anne joined Monadnock in March of 2020. Prior to Monadnock, she worked at Turner Construction Company as an Estimator performing preconstruction services for commercial and healthcare renovations. Anne graduated from Columbia University in 2018 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, concentrating in Structural Engineering and Construction Management.

Anne is a PHIUS+ Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).

Thomas Young

Thomas Young is the Associate Director of Preconstruction at Monadnock Construction, Inc., where he oversees all preconstruction services and provides strategic guidance across the firm’s active pipeline.

Thomas joined Monadnock in 2019 as a Project Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Project Manager, where he led the construction of several large-scale mixed-use and affordable housing developments totaling 1,302,000 square feet. In 2023, he transitioned from Operations to Preconstruction to support the continued growth and development of the department.

Thomas received his high school diploma from TASIS (The American School in Switzerland), holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from NYU, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Kingston University in London, England. He is a Licensed Site Safety Manager (SSM) and a PHIUS+ Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).

Laura Buck

Laura joined Monadnock in April 2023. Prior to Monadnock, she worked at Sage and Coombe Architects, nArchitects, and Ennead Architects as a Project Architect and Project Manager.

Laura is a registered architect in the state of New York.

Leo Chu

Leo Chu joined the Precon team in September 2023 after working in Monadnock's construction operations team since 2021 as a Project Engineer. Prior to Monadnock, he was a Project Engineer at Archstone Builders, working on fit-out and core-and-shell projects for commercial clients in NYC.
Leo holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the Cooper Union.

Eoin Cahalane

Eoin joined Monadnock in July 2024 as a Senior Estimator with over 12 years of estimating experience. He graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology (W.I.T) with a B.S. in Architectural Technology (2008) and a B.S. Honors in Quantity Surveying (2012).

Nick Spyropoulos

Nick began his construction career as an Assistant Superintendent before joining Monadnock in 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager. He was later promoted to Project Manager, where he managed the construction of a large-scale affordable housing development comprising over 400 units and 450,000 square feet. In 2025, he transitioned from Operations to Preconstruction to help drive the department’s expansion. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from NYU, with a concentration in Structural Engineering and Construction Management.

David Stadler

David Stadler began his construction career in 2011 at a luxury home renovation firm in Brooklyn and Manhattan, rising from entry-level support to managing complex residential projects. He later joined Westerman Construction, overseeing cultural and institutional work for clients like Hauser & Wirth, Temple Emanu-El, and the Yale Club. During the pandemic, he pivoted into preconstruction consulting, leading budget and feasibility analyses for cultural clients and private developers. In 2024, he joined Lemle & Wolff to build their preconstruction department and now brings that expertise to Monadnock’s precon team.

Pauline Trinh

Pauline Trinh joined Monadnock as an Executive Assistant. After graduating from Syracuse University, Pauline spent eight years in executive administrative support roles for key executives in the NYC residential real estate market and in the corporate offices of a large national retail brand.

During the pandemic, Pauline picked up woodworking as a new hobby and completed a heavy duty serving tray as her first project.

Alphonse Lembo

Alphonse Lembo is a principal of both Monadnock Construction, Inc., for which he directs all Preconstruction activities, and of Monadnock Development LLC.

Alphonse joined Monadnock in 2010 as an Assistant Project Manager after having worked part-time as a laborer during his summer breaks from school. Prior to Monadnock he worked at Forsyth Street Advisors and JES Plumbing and Heating. He serves on the board of NYC Outward Bound Schools.

Alphonse received a Diploma from Stuyvesant High School, a Bachelor of Arts with honors from The University of Chicago, and a Master of Urban Planning degree from Harvard University (with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Finance). He is a LEED AP and PHIUS+ Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
